Hours of Operation:

Monday & Wednesday: 8:30AM to 1PM & 4PM to 8PM
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
9AM to 1PM & 4PM to 8PM
Saturday: 9AM to 2PM
Sunday: CLOSED

If your goal is to train for fun, for fitness, to learn how to spar or an actual competition, we have a tried and true circuit that can and will get you into fighting shape and push your limits. You let us know what your goals are and we can help you take it to that level. 

Please arrive on time! You will not be allowed to join class if you are more than 10 minutes late. In the event you are more than 10 minutes late, you are more than welcome (and we encourage you) to use the gym on your own. Please bring your own yoga/pilates/ab mat for abdominal exercises and a towel. YOU WILL SWEAT!

Boxing Class and First Timers: Please arrive 15 minutes early.
