Personal Training Sessions


Here at Sol Box Fitness Club we offer both group classes and one-on-one private training services. Our personal training classes are taught by NCSF-certified Personal Trainer and Sol Box Fitness Club Founder, Djinji Brown.

As a martial artist and boxer, Brown’s personal training classes focus on weight resistance, muscular endurance, core stability, calisthenics, and cardiovascular conditioning. Our goal is to train people while teaching them the basic concepts and applications of exercising safely and effectively.

By training each individual according to their specific goals and needs, a personal training session at Sol Box Fitness Club can offer an additional sense of security.
