Classic Boxing


Our Boxing Circuit at Sol Box Fitness Club is nothing fancy, nothing new—just a prescription for getting into fighting shape. Modified for all levels from novice to seasoned, all members are met with an equally challenging and fun workout. For beginners, stamina is built through repeating the basics, marrying the development of conditioning and skill. More advanced boxers have the freedom to follow their own circuit! Be it with your coach, on your own, or with a partner, we want you to feel free. There is no “One Style” of boxing we adhere to, because style makes fights. But, style without the fundamental knowledge, can be dangerous. 

All members are encouraged to have their own boxing equipment:

  • boxing gloves

  • hand wraps

  • jump rope
